For over twenty years, I have had the privilege of providing quality legal representation to individuals and to business clients throughout Louisiana and California. My experience ranges from the representation of clients in local commercial matters, family disputes, personal injury and bankruptcy to the representation of large corporations in international arbitration, including the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal at the Hague.

In today’s competitive environment, this office has the advantage of combining large firm experience with personal attention to clients’ needs at affordable rates. Every client receives “hands on” attention, and your goals and needs are the top priority. When necessary, I have a network of respected colleagues in those areas of law that require a high degree of specialization to solve a particular problem.

I am happy to accept new clients and select referrals from other firms. For details regarding experience, philosophy and practice, please take a moment to explore the site.

Michael Allday is admitted to practice in Louisiana and California.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE

My philosophy in client representation was formed shortly after beginning my practice in a large firm over twenty years ago. It became apparent to me early on that there was a niche for attorneys with large firm experience, dealing with complex legal matters, but who had the desire to combine quality representation with the efficiency and personal service available in a small firm. After becoming a partner in a well regarded New Orleans firm and later managing the Los Angeles office of a San Francisco commercial firm, my wife and I returned to New Orleans and I opened my current practice. I am convinced this breadth and depth of experience serves my clients well today.

This office is equipped and available to handle a wide range of legal matters. Please feel free to contact me via e-mail or telephone to schedule a consultation. We’ll determine your needs and the best means of achieving them.
